Trojan Construction Holding maintains a secure and confidential Speak Up channel managed by its Governance and Compliance Department.

All employees, partners, and third parties can use this 24/7 service to raise concerns about ethical conduct involving actual or suspected breaches or violations of the Trojan Construction Holding Code of Conduct and Business Ethics.

Reports may be made either anonymously or on a named basis. However, to assist with investigations, those reporting potential violations are encouraged to identify themselves to ensure their protection.
