Trojan Construction Holding is committed to fostering a “Speak Up” culture where concerns about actual or suspected violations of the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics can be reported and raising questions about how the Code applies in practice.

To support this commitment, Trojan Construction Holding provides a secure and confidential Speak Up channel, managed by the Governance and Compliance Department and available 24/7 to all employees, partners and third parties.

Reports may be submitted anonymously or with the individual’s identity disclosed. While both options are available, individuals are encouraged to identify themselves, where possible, to help us conduct a thorough investigation, provide appropriate protection, and follow up.
